Introduction

ProdExec is an Execution-First Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Unlike traditional systems that focus primarily on record-keeping, ProdExec is designed to bridge the gap between high-level ERP planning and the reality of the Shop Floor.

Bridging the ERP/Floor Gap​

ProdExec integrates seamlessly with your existing Enterprise Resource Planning software. While the ERP manages "The Business" (Orders, Inventory, Finance), ProdExec manages "The Build".

  1. ERP Level: Financial plan, customer orders, and raw material procurement.
  2. ProdExec Level: Work instruction delivery, machine interlocking, and quality traceability.
  3. Shop Floor: Physical movement of goods and machine execution.
